I see the button here... but mine isn't working. Like it's not a real button.

PhpMyAdmin can only be accessed from "MySQL Management" page. We removed the link from under "Extra Features" as that consistently asked for username and password, which caused for confusion.

The link under "MySQL Management" will automatically log you into phpMyAdmin, but it will only work if you actually have at least one database, as otherwise it will not be any reason to access phpMyAdmin which is a database tool.
