Hello.
I just signed up for x10, and already I'm NOT a satisfied customer.

1. cPanel is very difficult to use with your theme, why can't you give us the option to use x3?
2. I can't seem to locate my servers IP address ANYWHERE! So, I'm unable to park my owned .net domain. And I absolutely REFUSE to point my NS to you, I'd rather continue to use Cloudflare.
3. The options presented in cPanel seem very limited, as mentioned in point # 1.

I no longer want to host with you.

And don't give me that, "I confirm to have my account deleted" response. I just want it gone, now.

Hi twiligh8,

I'm so sorry to hear you're not satisfied with our free hosting service. Just before you go, I'm happy to touch on the feedback you provided.

1. cPanel is very difficult to use with your theme, why can't you give us the option to use x3?
We already do; you can use the cPanel x3 theme by clicking the "Switch Theme" button in the top right. After you sign back in, you will be sent straight to the cPanel x3 theme, where you will have all the options you are familiar with. You can find more information at this page:

2. I can't seem to locate my servers IP address ANYWHERE! So, I'm unable to park my owned .net domain. And I absolutely REFUSE to point my NS to you, I'd rather continue to use Cloudflare.
Unfortunately we have to use nameservers to verify that you are the owner of the domain. However, we definitely understand that many people want to use CloudFlare, which is why we have built-in CloudFlare integration in our control panel as standard. ;)

I no longer want to host with you.
You can cancel your account by choosing "Settings" in the top-right of cPanel, and clicking the "Delete Account" link. ;)

Thank you,

I'd like to point out (even though it probably isn't the most appropriate to mention) is that a "customer" pays for goods. If you're using a service for free without paying for add-ons then you're simply a non-paying member.
