I have access to FTP, CPanel, Webmail and MySql but not to my website because my account panel still points to Cossacks instead of Fris.

Please change it from Cossacks to Fris and I am happy with a running website again.

I lost no data in the transfer and that is a good job from your site. Only needed now is to change account from Cossaks to Fris (The server pointer).

Thank you.

Once the migrations are fully done the account panel and the dns for the domain will be automatically updated. Looks like your domain is pointed to the new server, but the account in it self may not be fully restored.

What server it says in the account panel should not affect whether you can access your site or not, the only thing that would affect is possibly the automated login to cPanel.

I checked Cpanel and MySQL plus E-Mail accounts. All data is there. So I do not understand why I can not access the website and get only the account has moved page.

I can not check into it further from where I am right now, but I have a pretty good idea what is causing it.

The configuration file with information about what folder belongs to what domain has not been updated with the correct information for your account. This would make cPanel, e-mail etc work, but viewing the site would still fail as the server would not know which folder contains your site.

My website still points to Cossacks also all files and data are on Fris for 2 days now. Can someone open my website by pointing it to Fris. I could work with my website for 2 days already and instead I stuck and wait.

CPanel, MySQL and webmail all work fine but you forget to point the website to Fris.

Please assist.

You will have to wait until the restores are done and the DNS is reset to move to fris as Anna has said.

I do not understand why other people here have their websites working when I and others have been fully transfered to Fris too but are denied a working chance on our websites. How come that some accounts do not have to wait? What have they done to get access if you say all have to wait for the DNS to reset?

Are you saying we should be able to log into cpanel on fris? When I try to do this it says login attempt failed. The https in the address bar is red and has a slash through it.

If you were on cossacks or lotus, you might be able to login to fris. The red bar and slash is due to an invalid security certficate, but that will be fixed later. If you are unable to login to fris' cPanel, you might still be able to access ftp. All services should work correctly after the restores are complete.

jpr28056; Your account is not currently suspended but the server moves are not completely finished yet. Last report was 90 percent. You may currently be able to access certain parts of your website or cPanel but I would advise you until the work is completed as parts of your account may be on completely different servers at the moment.

Thanks Carl. I can't access anything but my original account panel so I can't change anything. Through all this my account was never suspended which was a little concerning because it seemed like everyone else on cossacks and lotus were suspended for the transfer.

Most, but not all, users were suspended during the move in order to help protect the accounts and account data. However, this is not something to be concerned about as other precautions were taken.

What you can do is ftp into fris.x10hosting.com and login to cpanel at https://fris.x10hosting.com:2083 to edit your site.

I do not want to edit my site but I want to have it open and I fail to understand why some ! people have full access to their websites when others who have also fully restored accounts on Fris are denied the access. My customers are running away due to the fact that the website is down for 11 !! days now in my case. Since 3 days my website is fully restored on Fris but I am not allowed to use it because nobody can change my pointer from Cossacks to Fris. You say the DNS must be resolved for all accounts to change to Fris but then why have some people here working websites on Fris who did the same transfer as I had to undergo?
