Please: change my IP account :(

I have a problem with my account domain, I can't access a my web site :(

In my Cpanel show: Shared Ip Address 74.86.133.219 (IP not working for me)

In my http://x10hosting.com/account show: IP 74.86.116.188

My Cpanel: http://74.86.116.188:2082 (working for me)

But, my accocunt domain: wordpress.exofire.net --> i can't access :(

Please, some administrator can help me change my IP (74.86.133.219) or unlock?

My Server: Stoli
My User Cpanel: thrasher
My Account Domain: wordpress.exofire.net

The IP is shared between all of the accounts on the server.

Try flushing your DNS cache.

I have done, but it does not work :dunno:
Some time ago I had this same problem, Corey helped me and changed my account of the IP domain and solved the problem.
Please, I hope you help me again.

Your IP is set correctly. The other IP you're seeing in the AIP is the IP of the server you're on and doesn't have anything to do with the account.

Unfortunately it does not work, i can not access my account domain.. :dunno: i made flushdns, clear cache and everything but no solution :frown:

Yes, is my page index.html, before it worked and could access my account: wordpress.exofire.net, but not now :(

In my browser Firefox this message appears:
The connection has been restarted.
The connection to the server was restarted while the page is loaded.

Apparently it is a problem with the ISP or IP my region, are already two weeks without access, i don't understand... :dunno:

Hopefully there will be a solution soon...

I checked our firewall also, you are not blocked by that... I am not sure why you can't get to it. It is up and working.

That tracert is not good, i would contact your ISP about that and submit those tracert and pings to them.
