Your system told me it cannot proceed with my account because I entered same password as username: bp, bp and that I must apply for another account.

Unfortunately your system still wants to keep data entered as if an account had been properly created.

Could you therefore delete the account ..?

I see though that this support ticket is going to x10hostings customers. I don't think I'll be paying for any services!!!

There doesn't seem to be any accounts with the cpanel username bp. I would recomend you use a longer username and password. A 2 character username is very insecure let alone a 2 character password :eek: So maybe it wasn't a bad thing you couldn't use the combination you used.

Try signup again with a better, more secure username/password combination ;)

Only free hosting support is handled here, paying customers do have a separate support system through their client area.

Since the account never was fully created there's nothing to delete. DNS entries might linger around for a little while before being purged from the system. If the domain you want to use comes back as "already in use" let us know the domain and we can manually purge it from the system.
