It appears as your account has been removed from the server (suspended accounts are terminated after a minumum of 14 days suspension time). The account panel should reflect this over the next few days.

Your account was suspended on September 3rd, which is a bit over a month ago and well past the 14 days grace period between suspension and termination.

Technically you can open a new account, but until your account panel is updated to reflect that the account has been removed, you'll not be able to use the same details (user, domain etc).

Also you should be aware that you need to have a one to one translation of your site into English, Spanish or French if you chose to use Arabic as main language.
