Please help a newbie.ftp issues

Hi.I am new to cpanel and I dont know how to use ftp on it.My ftp client is fireFTP.Must I use that one or must I use another ftp client I tried to connect with it but it said authentication failed.

Please help im getting really frustrated and don know what to do,I had a look at tutorials but that did not help.

Hello, as your ftp host use this: ftp.cinga.x10hosting.com

As your username enter: bobzzz@x10hosting.com
Password: your cpanel password

That should work for you.

I created a new ftp account and it connected now.thanks for the help
