Please help! Failed to Write to Disk Wordpress!

I was uploading pictures to my site and suddenly i am getting the error via wordpress that says failed to write files to disk while uploading from media!
Is my Disk full or is my Temp full?
Ps:How do i check my disk usage on x10hosting?

at cPanel-x3's home page (not x10hosting Basic) - look down left side - you might need to open ( click on ) [ Stats ]

be sure to check the number of [ inodes ] used

my disk usage is over the limit 572.63 MB / 512 MB how do i request for unlimited?

haha i didnt see it LOL i add images because my site is anime figures and i need images to show the products!
