If the account was not used for a long period of time, it would have been fully terminated. There's nothing that can be reactivated.

At this time we do not allow signups from India (this block also include other countries), this may change in the future (plans are to open up to all countries we are not prohibited to provide service to by US laws), but there's no telling when it will happen.

The other issue is that my DOB is not correct...
My correct DOB is 12-November-1981...
Please change my date of birth...
