Ummm ...Well
It is a stock Wordpress template so design and construction wise there is little that can be done to improve it.
As for the content... thousands of similiar sites exist so ranking high in any Google search may be a bit difficult.

The layout is standard, the content is OK. There is a lot you could do to improve it though, I spotted several grammatical errors within your site too, which doesn't look good.
