I'm getting the default x10hosting index page and can't replace it even though all my directory folders are uploaded properly. What am I missing? In the past, I was able to see the directory.

im guessing your saying you still cannot access the DirectAdmin ?
and get the error when you try to click the open Cpanel button.

it looks like you have the right settings in Dreamweaver.
(i use Dreamweaver to for my website)
so i would 'assume' its still an issue with the x13 server.

i assume you tried both sign in links:

https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222/ and

https://x10hosting.com/sso/login

you will need a staff member to check it if you still
have trouble getting to the DirectAdmin control panel.

I have exactly the same issue. I cant log into the DirectAdmin from the main login page as shown in pictures above.
Do I have to make a new post for this or can I tag along here??

for some reason I can't access the DirectAdmin page.
After logging into the main page (https://x10hosting.com/sso/main) i will be redirected to:

Sign in Successful
Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.

An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry


After clicking "retry" I'm back at the "main" page, only differance is that the link is now "https://x10hosting.com/sso/main/main" (an extra "/main" added).

I can access my site through an FTP to update or change if necessary but I cant do nothing to the account itself.

When I logged into my x10hosting account to access my account I had license expired come up. I've logged in a couple of weeks ago so it's not because I haven't signed in for a month, so how can this be sorted please.

do you get that from https://x10hosting.com/sso/login
or from https://x14.x10hosting.com:2222/ ??

the preferred login is supposed to be the first link.
the 2nd link will not count your logins.

Hi, I get it from the second link, I've always used this way of logging in before and used to work fine, when trying the first link, I wait for the standby icon to finish then click open cpanel then I get this screen, I've restarted my router but no difference
