ok, if you have not signed in using the first link regularly,
like within 30 days on free accounts, your account gets suspended.
then you have an additional like 20 days or something after that
to stop the account delete which is automated.

i dont think thats the problem though.
its likely something else which staff will have to look at.
it might take staff a little while to reply, but they will.

Hi thank you, I always make sure I log in every couple of weeks so my account doesn't get suspended so it can't be that, I've reset my router, tried different browsers but still the same thing on both links, my website is still up and running and able to access WordPress just not those links

watch out for to many failed logins, you might get your ip blocked,
but i suspect its an issue with x10 not you or your router.
the website works for me to.

just have to wait for staff to reply.

the https is no longer supported for free accounts.
if you use cloudflare you will need to make some changes.
if you use wordpress you will need to remove references to the https.

I don't see that error when I load the page. Is it possible you are behind a firewall or proxy that could be generating an error?

Your account is not linked to this forum account and the domain in your forum signature isn't linked to x10hosting free either. Do you have a user name or domain name I can reference?

I have the same issue. After the successful login to https://x10hosting.com/sso/main I was getting

An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry

After several attempts now I am being redirected from https://x10hosting.com/sso/main → Open cPanel → to this page https://x14.x10hosting.com:2222/CMD_LOGIN showing

This site can’t be reached. x14.x10hosting.com took too long to respond.

Accessing via FTP shows: Unable to read folder content. Operation timed out.

This should be resolved. Please don't try to log in repeatedly with a bad password.

These accounts were blocked for too many failed logins. The block has been cleared. Please let me know if you have any issues.
