First of all, all support inquires must be done using a linked forum account, something you are not doing.

Looking up the account using the name tells me that you did open an appeal through the account portal as well, which btw is the only instance for discussions on suspensions. I also see a notice left by a staff member that he has replied to that appeal. And that would be the final decision on this matter.

The account will not be unblocked, you did violate the ToS.
