The system does not show a free hosting account attached to this forum account.

The system does notshow that domain attached to an account.

If you were suspended for inactivity and the account remained suspended for 14 days, the account would have been closed and all files and databases deleted. No backups. No way of retrieving anything.

Today was the 14th day so I guess I'm out of luck.

I'm confused by this: when I entered the old elementfx.com domain name [http://hhkcc.elementfx.com/], I got the "web site coming soon" message. When I clicked the portal link, I was immediately taken to the profile screen with the domain name etc and the "access c panel" button. C Panel throws an invalid log in id error.
Is this normal? If so, it's a very confusing way of doing things. I didn't expect to get any access but it looks like the account is still active though inaccessible. I have no problem creating a new account but if the old one is still available how do I get back in?

The DNS (Domain Name System) [ NS ] records are (still) set to x10hosting's name servers - the 'system' thinks the owner of that domain is 'setting up' a new account

Yes when there is no account with that username on that server

As descalzo said above - there is no account attached to that domain - that is why the system 'thinks' you are setting up a new account

You can not use the domain [ elementfx.com ] as the NEW account's main domain

As I write this you must chose one from these three (3) domains [ x10.mx ] [ x10.bz ] [ elementfx.com ]
than add your domain (part) to it - to make a 'subdomain' that will be the NEW account's main domain

After the NEW account is up - you can add the domain [ elementfx.com ] as a add-on or parked domain
and you can not replace the NEW account's main domain with it

Looks like you DO have an account up using the domain http://hhkcc.elementfx.com/

System shows it was created yesterday, there is usually a small delay between creation of an account and the domain becoming functional, during which it does show the "Website coming soon".
