Seems that my account was suspended for inactivity after I failed to visit https://forums.x10hosting.com/ since 09/20/2009.

I just visited it today.

Please advise me about restoring my account.

We need your cPanel username, not your forum and account management panel username. The cPanel username is the username you use to log in to your hosting account. It can be up to eight characters in length.

You will have to create a new hosting account at the x10Hosting home page. Please make sure to properly link your hosting and forum accounts together, then take note of logging in to the forums a minimum of once every 31 days to avoid inactivity suspension/termination again.

Like it or not, people are your bread and butter. They join, are satisfied with your free service, and in turn upgrade. That is the path I plan to take.

But, if the service is lacking and I get insults instead of explanations, you can bet I'll not pay you a dime. And, I'll be a walking damage to your reputation on google, in my hometown, and on forums everywhere.
That's the nature of business, i'm afraid. bad news travels faster, so avoid making bad news at all costs!

Hello, i would just like to clarify that dpilmore is not a member of staff, also i would like to clarify your situation.

Basically, we have a system that you agree to while signing up, this system is that you log into our forums once every 31 days to prevent suspension, we do not require you to post or even be active on the forums AT ALL. But just log in, leave your browser logged in for 5 minutes once every 31 days. This is so we can check which accounts are active and which are not.

What occurs if you don't do this is a suspension, in which you then have 10 days to request un-suspension before being terminated.

This is an automated system that terminates accounts that don't get used anymore. We check if they are still used by you, the end user logging into our forums that once every month.

Unfortunately we are unable to restore backups of users data if they are terminated.

i wasnt being aggresive and in no way was i saying i was a member of staff!.
i was being supportive to staff and x10hosting.
