That is the e-mail associated with your current Forum account, which does not have a hosting account under it.

It is not associated with any other accounts (it could not be either as no two accounts that are unlinked can have the same e-mail address attached).

If you have been inactive for a longer period of time, the account would have been terminated after being suspended for at least 14 days.

since you already have a valid forum user name, please use that to login to https://x10hosting.com/control and sign up for the hosting through there, may be the system hits on the fact that is your forum user name.

When creating an account directly from main page, it would actually create a forum account and a hosting account, thus probably checks both systems for availability. By signing up through account panel, you tell the system you already have a working forum name and thus only need a hosting account, and in that part of the system the user name would be free.
