We moved from x10hosting FREE to x10premium hosting.
Now we are going back to free hosting, but the account is suspended.

Thank you so much.

Still waiting for a response. My best guess is that I was suspended for inactivity since I moved to the x10premium plan. But now I am moving back to the free plan.

The domain on your account is not pointing to the free service, by the looks it does point to the premium server so it may be best to open a ticket within your clients area (https://clients.x10hosting.com/clientarea.php) where the staff that handles the premium (or vps) hosting can see your question.
Likely it is suspended on premium for non payment if you say you are now going back to free hosting. Given that the free account is not suspended, you may be able to login to DirectAdmin from the account panel and from there get the DNS updated by simply saving the unedited records using DNS Management from there.
