I go go Merriam Webster and search up YouTube into the dictionary then I scroll all the way down to the YouTube at the bottom of the page and its not blocked
Searching up YouTube is the MOST important step in this process

I don't know any proxy sites or browsers (excluding Tor), but I guess I can recommend VPNs.

- Urban VPN.
- VeePN.
- NordVPN (I get this is promoted a lot on YouTube but yeah).
- ExpressVPN.
- SurfShark VPN.
- CyberGhost.

That's really all I know at the top of my head.
