Plz help me i can't fix this error

i can 't access my site (forum) from today morning i get this error if i try to access the site :
Connection Problems
Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused by the server being busy. Please try again later.


and this one if i go to the cpanel :
Internal Server Error
500

Failed to create a session


cpsrvd/11.36.2.4 Server at level.x10hosting.com


any help plz???

Try reading other threads before you take more time to post the same issue that OTHERS are experiencing.

thank you very match Dead-i for the info....because i did not know what to do anymore i have searched on google but so far found nothing ...i ' m really happy that this errors was not from my actions thank you and i appreciate your help
