moving to new server likely means new IP, also it is possible your account is not moved to the full yet.

Until the move is complete and it is announced that everything is back to normal there will be difficulties reaching the site.

As i added another page to my site will it take a little longer or will it be added as i still can't acces my site as they said it may be a longer as i'm new to all this.

once everything is working as it should adding pages would be instant, adding/changing domains does due to their nature come with a little delay (dns propagation)

Also due to the fact cossacks is moving, it'd be wise to make as little changes as possible to your files, or you might end up having to redo it all (changes being made to files on old server AFTER transfer is not gonna be moved over).

I don't have any numbers i can produce, but i would guess maximum a day, as long as nothing goes wrong.
