I don't want to disclose my domain names or anything, but lets just say its Test.com, and my x10 webhost domain is test.x10hosting.com.

I want Test.com to point to test.x10hosting.com. I want this to all be in the primary directory (/public_html/) So, I've already changed my name servers to x10 Hosting's, and I've parked the domain Test.com to /public_html/. Whenever I try to go to www.test.com, I get this error:

"The requested URL /home/pluginpi/public_html/pluginpirate.x10hosting.com/ was not found on this server."

Why is it automatically pointing test.com to a new directory, I want it to be in the /public_html/ directory, nothing else.

Parked domain is what you would want.

Ensure that the script you use is also configured to use the custom domain, often they do an internal redirect to the domain they are configured (installed) for.
