How much time does it take to point my domain?

Should take about 5mins-24hours or maybe 48. Because of DNS Servers. Please say if I'm wrong

My domain was working in 1-2 hours after the Name Server change.

can't add a new add-on domain. when i try to add a new domain it take a lot of time (about 3 to 5 min) to load. and going to a blank page!!!!
