Just noticed that Exim is down again?

I asked a admin why exim keeps crashing, and it is probably due to spammers.

exim is down again. Is there anything that can be done about this? Will transfering to "level two" do anything?

I am getting this error message when I try to send emails via horde.

There was an error sending your message: Failed to connect to localhost:25 [SMTP: Failed to connect socket: Connection refused (code: -1, response: )]

Due to exim down I am missing emails on all accounts. Is there something that can be done to make this stable again like it was before?

Hello, sorry no news on this issue yet, we are working to resolve this. Our admin team are looking for possible fixes as we speak.
