Post server upgrade problem

Hi, I'm having issues with my site after the upgrades. It seems that wordpress is broken and i cant even access the admin page for WP.

I would appreciate it if a restore could be done on the latest backup available.

What is the full path to your wordpress installation, is it just on http://www.simonpiong.com/ ?

I am getting forbidden page when I try that link

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Are you sure you didn't changed the permissions for that folder.

that's the thing, it was working fine before the upgrade, after that i get this problem. i havent touched anything since post-upgrade as i thought its just a glitch on the system that will be eventually sorted out.

Edit:
ah!, i've tried changing the permissions to 0755 like you've suspected. now main page loads properly.

I changed perms on the folder wpb, your blog does now show up for me (set them at 755, they were at 775).
