Desktop:

Asus P5QL Pro mobo (Asus P5N-32 Sli Deluxe just died on me a couple weeks ago)
Intel Pentium D 2 x 2.8ghz Socket 775
2 gb Kingston DDR2 667 ram
Asus Geforce EN8400GS video
2 x Compaq 17" 7550 crt monitors running at 1600 x 1200 (UGH)
Need new monitors!
160gb ide + 320 gb ide HDD's
Windows XP Pro 32bit SP2

Lappy:

Acer Aspire 5100
AMD Turion 1.7ghz
2.5 gb ram (2 gig stick and a 512 mb stick)
Run of the mill xpress graphics card
15.4 " screen
Windows Vista Home

For all the crap people talk about Acer, I cannot relate. This lappy has been solid as a rock, and I haven't had to reinstall. Still runs perfectly after about 2 years! I've done minor gaming(Combat Arms, NFS Underground 2) and it's fine, and I've had to do all my work on it for a few months, and I'm totally satisfied with it.

What's up with running that good of a system with a display resolution of 800x600? Seriously, that's crazy small! :\ Max out the resolution on the monitor and make the system font scheme bigger if you can't see all that well with higher resolutions.
