With all the drastic changes to user groups we've having lately, I had an idea that we could incorporate to the updates.
Something that I've always been annoyed about is the posting delay. Particularly when I'm answering many questions quickly at once, playing forum games, or welcoming people in the introductions thread, I run into the waiting period of half a minute before I can post again.
Would it be possible to lower this waiting delay as we progress up in user groups? For example, the normal members would have to wait the full 30 seconds, the Forum Addict group only has to wait 20 seconds, the next group waits less time, and the Community Leaders can post unlimitedly.
This is a good way to allow an efficient posting experience for people that don't have much time, but still prevent spam from new members that just want to destroy the community peace.
