Ok so i cant get into my account and i can't remember my cPannel password since i am used to clicking cPanel from within the billing department? my account is a premium one

Go to client area https://clients.x10hosting.com/clientarea.php and post support ticket there..

It will be faster than this support.

I would but it keeps rejecting my account.

Rejecting account as in rejecting login? If so that's gunna be something for staff to look at; not sure exactly -which- staff though, given that not all staff have access to the paid servers :S
