Hey guys,

I really like X10 and I'm really comfortable working on it however I am at the end of my rope with how unreliable the servers have been lately. I'm constantly going offline and when my site IS online I'm constantly lagging.

My question is this: Do the paid servers suffer as much? 'Cause I'm willing to pay the 3 bucks a month to get my site working comfortably.

The free servers have many accounts on each server and they are heavily loaded. Free servers are also subject to much intentional and unintentional abuse, though x10hosting does have plans to ease some of these problems. The paid servers have fewer accounts per server and usually do not get as much abuse as the paid servers. You are also entitled to premium support on the paid servers. So, yes, you can expect better uptime on paid hosting.

Paid hosting is up basically all the time, I used it for a year myself. It is also MUCH faster than free, most webpages download instantly.

My head is swimming. How do I actually register for it? I go to the cart but it won't let me log in there.

Go to http://x10premium.com and buy a paid package, Then go to your clients area and create a support ticket, They will then transfer your this free account to paid server.

If you haven't previously used the clients area, in other words if you never bought anything from us, you need to create a new account to the clients area, it is a separate system, the login details for your free hosting account or forum account will not work there.

OK. Thanks for the replies guys. However: I'm still having issues. When I go to register for premium I get an error saying "Not Allowed" and that is it.

Nevermind I figured it out. I guess I was trying to register before completing the transaction.

However I have signed up for Premium and have opened up a ticket to upgrade my account.

Thanks for the help guys!
