Premium Hosting

Hi:

I recently signed up to have this account upgraded to premium hosting. I am currently hosting several domains on the x10 format but the domains were purchased elsewhere. I would like these to all be to upgraded to the premium service as well. Help!

Did you select the option to transfer your free hosting account when you bought premium hosting? If you didn't, then you'll need to open a ticket at the client's area to request the transfer of your free hosting to paid. https://clients.x10hosting.com/clientarea.php

Just for information: Opting for transfer would completely replace the account that was automatically set up on premium with that of your free hosting (properly upgraded to the premium plan and moved over to the premium server of course).

If you have started creating your site on premium, it would likely be a better option to simply remove the domains from your free account and add them to the premium account as parked or addon domain, whichever suits better.
