Premium Support Ticket unresolved.

hi i've submitted a support ticket using my premium account more than 12 hrs ago regarding the transfer of my database from the free hosting account to the premium account and i have yet to recieve any reply. my ticket number is #893515

could someone please help me in this. thank you very much.

It may take a while for the admins to reply. If you wish not to wait you can do it yourself by going inside your phpMyAdmin of the database, and click on export. Then just import it in a database you created on your paid account
