Primary domain change

Please can you change my primary domain, i've been trying for 2 weeks and it just keeps erroring after seconds. You're support is honestly **** so this hasn't been resolved yet.

You say that, but you haven't actually given us anything to help you about. You've told us there's a problem, but not anything more specific than that. That's like walking into a bar and repeatedly saying you want a drink, but not saying which drink you actually want.

Seriously, we can't help you if you don't tell us one of the errors.
