Prime Account - Forum Status?

I bought Prime Account upgrade a while ago and I noticed that their is a forum user title "Prime Account" which I have not got even though I am a prime member. Also I have been a member for almost a year now and under my user profile picture it says New Member, how long does it take to become a normal member, or does that go by the number of posts?

This doesn't really bother me just wondering if it's a forum problem, or my account? I think my account is linked, wouldn't know how to check though

The forum account iSean is not linked with any hosting account.

To find out which forum account is linked, or re-link with this one, go to account portal -> Get Support -> Visit forums

Ah thankyou. I have now linked my accounts correctly. Do I get a "Prime Account" title on my forum account now?

Hopefully you do, might take the system some time though to realize you changed the forum account. Gimme a holler if it hasn't sorted in the next 48 hours.
