Really annoying and WHY do you keep doing this?? Prime accounts do not have that log-in requirement as per TOS. Can you please fix that? and STOP suspending service? Thank you for your assistance.
You received the login requirement email because your account is not listed as a Prime account in our system. According to our records, your Prime membership expired on 18th February 2015.
you can check the dates of your upgrade
at the very top of the page - after you log-in at [ https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login ] - you *should* see [ Upgrades and Support ] - Click on that and it takes you to the list of hosting plans available - click on "Learn More" at the hosting plan you have - at this point you *should* see the start and expiration date of your "plan" - at the bottom of the page at [ Upgrade History ]
