i want to post a new thread but this message appears:

Were you trying to make a new thread or reply to somebody elses? It seems as though your account is activated because you can post new threads in Free Hosting (like this one...).

no, i just wanted to post a new thread by clicking "unsuspension request" but the message appeared , then i tried clicking "new thread" within a topic but the same happened

so i clicked "get help" in the upper menu and i could post this thread here
