Problem accessing phpMyAdmin & email

Hello,

I'm having trouble accessing phpMyAdmin. When I click on it from cPanel, I get the message "cPanel was unable to successfully log you in to phpMyAdmin. If you are having issues logging in to phpMyAdmin, please submit a support ticket." and a login screen. I get similar login screens when trying to access email.

I see others have had the issue, but I don't want to piggyback off their posts.

Sorry about that. Please could you try re-login to cPanel and click on phpMyAdmin again?

Dead-i, thank you so much for your help. I'm able to access phpMyAdmin now.

I see my two databases however I don't see any tables within them. I realize I should have looked into this sooner but couldn't get around to it. Are you able to restore them in any way? If not, I completely understand.

Hi Stepan,

Sorry about that. In April, we underwent server migrations where we migrated all accounts (files, databases, etc) to a new server. It looks like, however, that your accounts' databases didn't finish restoring while we were doing this.

I've now finished up restoring both your databases to your account, and your website now appears to be loading fine
