problem concerning my ip

I think my ip is currently being blocked for the reason that i had too many failed attempt. I would like you to unblock my ip.

Can you get to your homepage via the Web?
Can you get to the cPanel login screen?
Have you tried to FTP to your account?

I did check, and the IP you posted is not blocked in the firewall of Starka server.

Well, I can't access to both my doman homepage and to my cpanel login page. However, this happens only when i'm at school while I don't have any problem when i'm connecting from my home connection. However, my friend, who also got an account on the chopin domain and he can connect to the cpanel and to his website on the school connection.
