problem creating an account

I have tried to create an web page several times, without any success.

I complete the "create a web page" click on submit and nothing appears to happen. No confirmation email arrives. I tried a few days ago and received an email. But your web page still tells me I have not got a web page..

I looked at your suggestion and get the following notice. I ahve tried to create sevral times now

Woah! It appears that you do not have hosting under your client account. This could be the result of a different scenarios:

An older account was removed as the result of inactivity.
A past account has been terminated for breaching our Terms of Service.
You have never had a hosting account.

Whatever the reason, you can always sign up for a hosting account now.

If you believe that this is a mistake you may open a support ticket here.


My account/web page was lost in the move of the servers to chicago some months ago . I am trying to create a new site with a newly acquired computer.

Can you please try signing up using a different web browser and see if that helps. It doesn't sound like the submission for a account is being sent to our queue.

Many Thanks for the suggestion. I think I have made more progress to day, using firefox instead of Internet Explorer. I am currently awaiting the outcome of a pending notification.

I have had my request porcessed and find that it is rejected.... because "the user name is already in use" well of course it is !
It's mine .. and trying to open a new hosting account to replace the one that was lost during the server moves from Texas to chicago.

Any useful suggestions to resolve this problem, would be welcome.

I am trying to establish the web page under a new title "deisgn-technolgy-in-stem" will be pages of educational material.

I tried registering as paulalan and was stopped by the message that said I was using an email address that was already in use.

I am recognised as alanpaul. I simply want to establish a web page.. Is that not possible, as alanpaul and using my existing pass word and email address ?

Some way of untangling this situation should be possible ?

Hello,

I cannot find a hosting account that exists for you. When you try signing up does it prompt you to log into your account and sign up using that client account already?

Thanks for sticking with my problem.

I have just tried to create a hosting web site again

I signed up using alanpaul (which appeared in the window automatiically)

The password was said to be the same as my user account

I started to type in the the domain name and it completed it for me as design-technolgy-in-stem.x10.mx

I completed the message shown in the panel and clicked on the create button.

I got the message that an email will follow giving me the status of my application.

After 15 minutes I haven't received any email from X10hosting.

I hope this helps you sort through my problem

Hey Alanpaul,

From what i can see here there is a pending hosting account for you now. It can take up to 72 hours for the account to be created. Also please ensure to check your spam folders in case the email goes there. If after 72 hours the account isnt created, let me know.
