Problem getting to control panel

For the past several weeks, whenever I tried to log on, I am directed to this page even though login id and password a correct

This was due to your account being on the quota limit, it is a known bug on the basic theme.
I took a quick look and bumped you up to the 1gb limit that normally would be imposed on new accounts instead of the 512 mb you were on, you should now be able to access your control panel again.
