Problem in accessing C - Panel

i have hosted gmcv web site under free hosting at inx10hosting.com, that day i was able to login and do hosting through C-Panel but today when I wanted to access C-Panel I am not able do so, moreever I am not even able to open the gmcv.index.html file
Plz guide me how to access my C-Panel

There is no such username as gmcv.
