problem wit free account created

Hello,

I have just created my free account onto your server.
I received the activation mail and I activate my account.

All seem to be OK but when loggin, I have the following problems:
- when loggin onto the cpanel, no icon is displayed, only text. I try to connect using IE or Firefox but the result is the same
- I tried to setup an ftp user. The process seems to work fine but I can't connect using any ftp client. In addtion, the the cPanel screen that displays the ftp account, my account is not present
- I tried to upload in /home/atmosphe/public_html files using cPanel (as no ftp connection is possible) but it fails with the following error:
Humour.html: unknown Bytes: 0% Complete FAILED! :Unknown error or disk quota exceeded.
- I tried to access the home page of my web site (http://atmospheresm.x10hosting.com) but I have the error page "400 - Forbidden"

I look at the choice "error log" in cPanel and I can see always the same error

For me, it seems there hqs been a problem when creating my account and some "objects" are missing (such as directory /home/atmosphe/public_html or the permissions on the directory are not correct).

my user name is atmosphe

Can you please investigate these problem ?

I believe this is a bug in cPanel. Assuming this is the bug everyone else on Stoli is experiencing (assuming also that you are on Stoli, as it would appear from this bug) the admins are working on fixing it right now.
Edit:
I stand corrected, the bug is on Cossacks. Is that the server you are on?
