Resolved Problem with Access to cPanel/DirectAdmin

Are you able to login using the link Garret gave? What is the error message?

If you are able to login using the link in the above reply, please try clearing your cookies, specifically session cookies that relates to x10hosting.

Your IP is not blocked, and i can not currently see anything in logs that would indicate what the problem might be.

Hello, thank you for your replies. The page "https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222" doesn't always load. If the page loads, it's an empty page.
The page "https://x13.x10hosting:2222/CMD_LOGIN' also isn't loading.

Did you try clearing your browser's cache? It sounds like possibly a browser issue.

I tried both links using firefox, https://x13.x10hosting:2222/CMD_LOGIN
is throwing a "Firefox can’t find the server at x13.x10hosting" error

However, https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222/
works every time i try it.
