Problem with Boru server and cPanel Fie Manager

My Joomla site on Boru server (I think since yesterday) isn't accesible. It returns the message: "Database connection error (2): Could not connect to MySQL."

Also when I access the file manager through cPanel instead of seeing any data I get the following message: "Data error."

Yeah I saw the thread. That's why I opened a ticket:

We still have work to do on this server, however web pages should be loading as usual. If you are having issues with your website you may now open a ticket... if you opened a ticket prior to this update it may be closed without an answer.
