Problem with forum and x10Hosting Panel.

Hi, I've a free account on x10Hosting, Yesterday I got a message saying "your account will be suspended" 'cause not login into forum. Well, when I try to link my x10Hosting account with the forum account (using swap accounts), I get this message:

"""
Sorry, the forum account supplied is currently unavaliable for a swap. The email address under the vBulletin account operador28 must match the contact email
address under the client account with forum account linked. Please contact support if you need help resolving this error. (EC_MISMATCH)
"""

And of course I can't create a new account because my email address exist in the forum db. Any solution or ideas?

PD: The contact email in forum and cpanel are the same.

Hello,

In order to link your hosting account with your current forum account, you must change the email address of this forum account (operador28) to the email address you used with the other forum account. While I cannot tell you what email that is for privacy reasons, I can tell you that it is a gmail address.

Your operador28 forum account has a msn.com email address, but your hosting account has a gmail.com email address. You will need to change the email address of your forum account before you can relink it

But, the msn.com is a i.m. handle, when i click on "Edit email & password" the email account is gmail.com

Edit Email Address (Optional)
New Email Address: ********@gmail.com
Confirm New Email Address: ********@gmail.com

Hmm, our system shows your account has a msn.com email address, which is why it isn't working...
