Problem with login to my account.

Hello,
I tried to login to my account from the main page and got information that "The forum account you are logging into does not have an existing link to an x10Hosting hosting account." I used this account before and it worked. There was also information that "If you have successfully logged into the account system in the past, this error may be the result of the hosting account no longer existing. If you have not accessed your x10Hosting account in an extended period of time, it may have been terminated with our inactivity policy." Does it mean that my account no existing ? Please give me information about my account and how to resolve my problem.

what is/was your cPanel user name?

If you have been inactive for a longer period of time your account might be terminated. 14 days to get suspended for inactivity (recently changed to 31 days before being suspended) + 10 days in a suspended state will place your account in termination queue.

I found a termination report saying the account were terminated on November 5th.

An account that has been terminated can not be reactivated. If you wish you can sign up for a new account.
