Resolved Problem with premium hosting

Hello,

A few weeks ago, we upgraded our site, bamaweb, to premium hosting, with a email (the owner's email)

She is trying to recover her password but email never comes.

She is trying to open a ticket. Can you help her?

I have zero access to the premium systems unfortunately.

Last I checked a ticked would be automatically created if you send an email to support@x10hosting.com from the email associated with the account. She could try that, using that email address should at the very least reach support personell with proper access.

I will also give admins with access to premium a link to this post, but since it sounds as you are not technically the account holder, they may not give you any direct information, but there should be some solution for the problem at least.

Also, sometimes even the most desired emails ends up in spam folder, has she checked in there?

Admin from premium side have sent a new password to the email you have listed for this account.

Perfect, mail received! the email was wrong, instead of mine, it should be hers.
I have already created a ticket.
