I have zero access to the premium systems unfortunately.
Last I checked a ticked would be automatically created if you send an email to
support@x10hosting.com from the email associated with the account. She could try that, using that email address should at the very least reach support personell with proper access.
I will also give admins with access to premium a link to this post, but since it sounds as you are not technically the account holder, they may not give you any direct information, but there should be some solution for the problem at least.
Also, sometimes even the most desired emails ends up in spam folder, has she checked in there?
