Problem with Server Load

We run a wordpress site at www.pasquines.us and up to last week it was working fine with around 10 plugins. Now it went down because of "exceeding the free hosting account hourly CPU allotment." This message will not go away despite the label that says that the site will be back up in an hour. We have disabled plugins but no luck yet.

What is responsible for this excessive CPU use and how can we fix it?

The website remains suspended every hour. How can we get it unsuspended?

Hello,

This is likely due to a very resource-intensive (or just badly written) WordPress plugin being used. You might want to disable them all, then slowly add them back to see (through trial-and-error) which one is the culprit.

The suspension message resets every hour, you so might have to wait a bit after disabling all the plugins. Have you tried this already?

We tried disabling all plugins and the site is still suspended. It's been over a day.
