Problem with suspension

First of all, thanks for all the good work you are doing!
I have the following problem: my web page is not working and I have problems visualising the suspension page from my account (https://x10hosting.com/control/?hosting&suspension ; error: Argomento non valido. Linea: 12 Carattere: 9807 Codice: 0 URI: https://x10hosting.com/control/static/javascript/jquery.min.js - let me know if you need a translation from Italian to English for this error). Thus I am not sure if my account is suspended (and if yes how I can un-suspend it) or if there are issues linked with x10hosting's moving. If the latter is true, I will just be patient.
Please let me know how I need to proceed,

Please post your domain name and cpanel username.

then Go to hosting menu --> Suspensions. Click on Unsuspend Button.

If there is no unsuspend button, then post back the suspension reason.
