Hi,
I wonder if anyone can give me a hand here... this is bothering me for a while now.

In my (independent) Couldflare account, I've re-set my domain NameServers to point to x10hosting.
Assuming that I can't setup my main domain trough cPanel, when I've tried to add an Addon Domain but I keep getting the following message:
" (XID x9j9j8) Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver. "

Nameservers in CloudFlare:
ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com

The domain I'm trying to setup is: rvm.pt

Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

cPanel automatically checks that your domain is pointing to x10Hosting's nameservers before you can add it, to verify that you own the domain. Setting NS records at CloudFlare's end doesn't count for this. The best solution would be to point your domain to our nameservers first, and then link CloudFlare afterwards. Our cPanel already includes built-in one-click enabling for CloudFlare support (if you have switched to the cPanel x3 theme), but if you already have a CloudFlare account, you can change the nameservers to CloudFlare's after you've added it as a Parked/Addon domain on our side.

That may be easier said than done @Dead-i, since it's a .PT domain (EU CC TLDs usually require that the domain be parked/added before the nameservers can be pointed to it).

Good catch :) @rvmx10mx If that's an issue, let me know and I'll park it manually, but it looks like there's a Cancellation Request present for the account right now.
