problems after the move.. cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

Hi my site is hosted on borunew and im having a problem, my main domain is resolving to /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi i've been doing some reasearch and there is alot of posts regarding this i will need to edit httpd.conf i've tried a search with no success

1. Do i have access to this file?
2. Where can it be found?

P.S the main domain is http://Drivesverige.info

No, you do not have access to that file, only a server administrator have that.
