Problems logging into Cpan

The website is under 200mbs

Why am I getting this error and how do I fix it if cpan is the only way i setup and uploaded too!

The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.

See my reply in your other thread. By the bye, if you need right now!!!! response to service requests/inquiries, then you need to pay for service. We're volunteers here for the most part, and you have no SLA.

This issue should be resolved, I took a look at said server and it does at this time not have an issue with the available space on any partition.
